POLL: Are You in Favor of Expanding the Supreme Court?

Congress expanded the number of Supreme Court seats to nine in 1869 to match the number of federal circuit courts. Yet as the number of circuit courts has grown to 13 today, the number of Supreme Court justices has remained at nine.

California Environmental Voters and other advocacy groups are calling for adding at least four seats to rebalance the Court and make it more democratic and accountable. What do you think?
