What We Do

EnviroVoters Ed Fund ™

We inspire hope and action.

The California Environmental Voters Education Fund (EnviroVoters Ed Fund) exists to radically advance climate policy and legislation by promoting greater civic participation, shifting public opinion, and educating the public and legislators.

We fight for equity and justice for all Californians, from voting rights to clean air and water. We work together to make government, policy, and voting accessible by doing the following:

  • Building civic engagement and mobilizing climate voters
  • Developing policy and educating legislators
  • Facilitating Green California, a network of collaborative environmental, environmental justice, climate justice, and public health organizations
  • Conducting research and public opinion polling
  • Engaging with California’s redistricting process
  • Building power at all levels

We need your help to spread the word, inspire government action, and create transformational change.

We are in the business of changing what is possible.

Our vision is to build resilient, healthy, thriving communities, and create a democracy and economy that is just and sustainable for all. We have the solutions. We need your help to spread the word, inspire government action, and create radical change.

Expand the Electorate

We’re making civic participation more accessible. Expanding voting is key to changing what is possible in our political system on environmental action.

Green California

We’re growing our movement and setting a bold policy direction with this network of more than 100 local, regional, and state environmental organizations.

Research and Shape the Public Narrative

We conduct groundbreaking research, which we use to build civic participation and foster environmental leadership with lawmakers.

Redistricting

We’re working to create districts centered on environmental features like sensitive habitats, public lands and waters, and major pollution sources.
